The Filmwerkplaats is an artist run workspace geared towards filmmakers, artists and art school students interested in film not purely as a storage medium for their ideas, visuals and soundtracks, but as a material that actively shapes and distorts thoughts, images and sounds. The Filmwerkplaats is part of WORM, Institute For Avantgardistic Recreation in Rotterdam.
