* All pre-registered Labs should complete this collective form for their representatives by the 31st March 2016
* Each participant has to pay a registration fee of 30€ (Details for bank transfer will be sent to you after reception of your form)

Registration gives access to the “Film Labs Meeting” activities as well as to “Meeting the Film Labs” film and performances programmes (within the limits of places available).

Request for financial support

A financial contribution for transport and accommodation costs is available to established labs, labs in construction or organization dedicated to film practice (labs: understood as DIY/ artistic film practice spaces) that are pre-registered.

The amount for each lab is estimated on the basis on a equal repartition to all 45 pre-registered labs for the accommodation costs and according to the following scale of transport costs : World – 400€ / Europe 200€/ France 50-100€ per lab.

Those amounts will be paid on presentation of following documents (scans by email) before : 1 October 2016.

- for car transportation, payment will occur during the meeting
